Whistleblowing form

What will happen to your form:

  1. The form will be sent to the HR manager. She will discuss your alert with the relevant director.
  2. They will decide what actions to take as a result of your alert. This decision will be signed off by the Group Services director or managing director within 15 working days of receiving your form.
  3. If you have given your name and contact details, we will tell you what has been decided within another three working days.
  4. The HR manager will decide what information will be shared more widely with our staff. Wherever possible we will publish the results of the investigation on social media and in the staff enews.
