GROUNDWORKERS & PLANT OPS – Newton Abbot
VGC Group are looking to employ experienced Groundworkers and Plant Ops for a large Civils project in the Newton Abbot area
Location: Newton Abbot
Rates: £20 – £23 CIS DoE
Experience: 3 years + carring out drainage/pipelaying, specifically 225 and 600 clay, plastic & concrete pipe as well as other aspects of groundworks.
Tasks Include: Site Preparation, Excavation using hand tools, compacting, materials disposal, Sub base materials, Installation of foundations, drainage and formwork. Laying Kerbs & Drainage products to correct line and levels. All whilst maintaining a clean and safe worksite
Qualifications: – Groundworkers: CSCS Card, additional tickets beneficial but not essential.
– Plant Ops: CPCS or NPORS with CSCS Hologram for Dumper, Roller or 360
BPSS Vetting is required for this project, however this will be handled directly.
