We are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to support a live refurbishment project based inWest Bromwich. This is a proactive, office-based role requiring strong communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
– Booking survey appointments with tenants
– Liaising confidently with residents and site teams
– Working on CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
– Managing schedules and supporting the wider project team
– Taking initiative and working independently in a fast-paced environment
Candidate Requirements
– Previous administration experience (construction or refurbishment projects desirable)
– Confident, assertive, and proactive approach to work
– Good IT skills, including experience with CRM systems
– Strong communication and organisational skills
Important Information
– PAYE or Umbrella PAYE only – CIS payments are not allowed
– Right to Work must be uploaded to ENGAGE prior to start (mandatory)
– Driving licence not required for this role
