Are you an administrator with payroll, pensions or benefits experience looking for a challenge? My client has an exciting opportunity for you within their Central Services team.

In this role you will provide administrative support to the payroll team reporting to the Central Payroll Manager

It would be useful if you have experience of MHR iTrent, as a project is underway to transition from Cascade to itrent which itself brings further opportunity to support the wider project team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administration support of all stages of the payroll cycle including the year end process for around 4000 monthly and 300 Weekly people UK wide.
  • Benefit administration including P11D’s
  • Day-to-day organisation of pension administration.
  • National Minimum Wage checks and reconciliations
  • Review and process daily expense reports.
  • Assisting with the payroll reporting.
  • Liaising with HM Revenue & and third-party providers when dealing with payroll related. queries and reconciliation.

Qualification and Skills

  • Good working knowledge of payroll processing procedures and legislation
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good technical knowledge of Pension including all aspects of regulations and Auto-Enrolment.
  • Ability to communicate with both internal & external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of MHR itrent is desirable, but not essential.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Organisation/Time management.
  • Enthusiastic/Willing to learn.
