We endeavour to complete all reference requests within 14 days.
Payslips and P60s are emailed directly to the worker. If you require copies, a charge may be applied. (Please note that many companies will accept payslips / P60s as evidence of earnings)
Where the information is requested directly by an external body or provided directly to an external body, you will be required to provide written consent to release this data in line with the GDPR regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure the written consent is provided. We are unable to progress these requests without this consent.
