Congratulations to Thomas Geraty for starting in the role of Trainee Resourcing and Compliance Assistant.
After starting with VGC in 2021 in the resourcing team as part of the government kickstart programme, Thomas has proved himself to be an invaluable member of the team supporting candidate attraction and onboarding processes.
He has made real progress over the past few months and has received great feedback from his colleagues: “I’ve been so impressed with Thomas, he has been so helpful before Christmas and since we have returned, He is efficient and very proactive.”
Within his new role, he will work directly for the civils south division and will support with the recruitment for projects including HS2, Lower Thames Crossing & Devenport.
