Date:  5th March 2022

VGC are delighted to announce that our staff have nominated the Lighthouse Club as our 2022 Corporate Charity Partner.

The Lighthouse Club is the only charity that provides emotional, physical, and financial wellbeing support to construction workers and their families.

They were formed to offer aid and assistance to ill or injured construction workers, and by partnering with them we hope to help raise awareness of the valuable work they do.

They receive no public funding and rely on the generosity of those within in the industry to help them continue their vital work. https://www.lighthouseclub.org/

VGC are looking forward to raising awareness and funds for this worthwhile charity.

Bill Hill, Chief Executive, Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity “Our mission is to ensure that, no construction worker or their family should be alone in a crisis.

We are delighted to be partnering with the VGC Group to help communicate our wellbeing support services to the workforce and to raise valuable funds, that will ultimately enable all our charity services to remain free for anyone in our construction community to access. “

Ciara Pryce, VGC Group, Chief Operating Officer said, ‘After the challenges of the last 24 months, we are delighted to be working with a charity that focuses on supporting the specific needs of the construction industry workforce and their families.
