VGC is hiring a Business Systems Manager to drive continuous improvement across our key platforms – including our recruitment CRM/ATS, payroll software, and soon Microsoft Business Central.

What You’ll Do
– ️ Own the system improvement backlog & sprint cycle
– Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
– Lead engagement with SaaS partners & vendors
– Ensure system enhancements deliver real measurable value
– ️ Shape the systems roadmap with the IT & Digital Director
