Role: CCTV Operatives
Pay: £14.28 per hour
- 12-hour shifts, 48 hours per week.
- Shift pattern: 2 days on, 2 nights on, 4 days off – including weekends & bank holidays.
- Valid SIA CCTV licence
- 1-3 years work experience as a CCTV operator
- A good understanding of the basic principles of CCTV & why it is used.
- A good working knowledge of General Data protection Regulations (GDPR) and The Data Protection Act 2018, criminal law, Human Rights Act 1998
- Effective communicator: oral, good written skills for reporting writing, and oral with good I.T. skills, word, excel, SharePoint.
- Good concentration skills with attention to detail when it comes to formulating incident reports.
- Able to work under pressure in stressful situations and to remain calm and detached.
- Good Customer Care Skills and telephone manner.
- Required to observe developing situations, assess and interpret those situations, assess the risks that may arise or be involved, monitor incident, and communicate clearly and concisely.
- Must be a team player, Clear thinking, and ability to judge situations thereby giving them the correct order of priority.
- High level of problem solving, regarding the CCTV system information collation and interpretation.
- Physical Requirements:
- The individual should have good eyesight with or without prescribed glasses, good hearing, good hand and eye coordination, and good clear speech.
- Must have a willingness to learn and progress in a fast-moving environment.
- Must be always smart, clean, conscientious, diligent, enthusiastic.
- Must have a good calm manner.
- Must be culturally aware.
- Must be able to commute to Kingsbury & have their own reliable transport.
- Full, clean driving licence.
