Role: CCTV Operatives
Pay: £14.28 per hour

  • 12-hour shifts, 48 hours per week.
  • Shift pattern: 2 days on, 2 nights on, 4 days off – including weekends & bank holidays.
  • Valid SIA CCTV licence
  • 1-3 years work experience as a CCTV operator
  • A good understanding of the basic principles of CCTV & why it is used.
  • A good working knowledge of General Data protection Regulations (GDPR) and The Data Protection Act 2018, criminal law, Human Rights Act 1998
  • Effective communicator: oral, good written skills for reporting writing, and oral with good I.T. skills, word, excel, SharePoint.
  • Good concentration skills with attention to detail when it comes to formulating incident reports.
  • Able to work under pressure in stressful situations and to remain calm and detached.
  • Good Customer Care Skills and telephone manner.
  • Required to observe developing situations, assess and interpret those situations, assess the risks that may arise or be involved, monitor incident, and communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Must be a team player, Clear thinking, and ability to judge situations thereby giving them the correct order of priority.
  • High level of problem solving, regarding the CCTV system information collation and interpretation.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • The individual should have good eyesight with or without prescribed glasses, good hearing, good hand and eye coordination, and good clear speech.
  • Must have a willingness to learn and progress in a fast-moving environment.
  • Must be always smart, clean, conscientious, diligent, enthusiastic.
  • Must have a good calm manner.
  • Must be culturally aware.
  • Must be able to commute to Kingsbury & have their own reliable transport.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
