Location: Redcar (TS10 5QW)
Pay Rate: £22.00 per hour (PAYE)

We are currently recruiting a Chargehand Formwork / Shuttering Joiner to join an active project in Redcar. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of operatives while carrying out high-quality formwork and shuttering joinery to support the successful delivery of the project.

What We’re Looking For
Valid CSCS Card (Blue or Gold preferred)
SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
Previous experience as a Chargehand Formwork / Shuttering Joiner
Ability to lead and supervise a team on site
Good understanding of site health and safety
Reliable and punctual
Ability to communicate clearly with site teams
Valid Right to Work in the UK
Key Duties
Leading and supervising a team of Formwork / Shuttering Joiners
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Constructing and dismantling formwork to specification
Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
Maintaining a safe and tidy working area
Following all site health and safety procedures
Supporting the Site Supervisor with daily activities and work planning
