Salary: up to £75,000

Role Overview:
Core duties will involve supporting the site-based Buildings project teams during design development stages of building projects across Civil, Structural and Architectural disciplines.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Managing design proposals to meet customer needs, budget constraints, and sustainability goals
- Ensuring safety, quality, and innovation in design and construction
- Coordinating with internal teams, JV partners, customers, designers, and the supply chain
- Leading the development and implementation of design deliverables programs
- Supporting BIM integration and digital collaboration
- Engaging with statutory bodies for planning, building control, and service approvals
- Applying Lean construction techniques to enhance efficiency
Who we are looking for
- Experience in design consultancy or design management within a main contracting environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a matrix organization
- Understanding of site-based activities and BIM processes
- Professional membership with a relevant institute (e.g., ICE, IStructE)
- Valid CSCS card
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and industry-standard design tools
