Role Overview:
As a Foreman you will be the link between the workforce and management, responsible for translating plans into works on the ground. You will be crucial to the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring the team adheres to the plan and that the site runs smoothly.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Oversee site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely.
Conduct briefings.
Monitor work progress and report to the Site Manager.
Address and resolve any site issues that arise.
Prioritise safety by conducting regular safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring staff are appropriately trained, with correct tools and safety gear.
Achieve quality standards.

Prior Civils Foreman experience

UK Driving License
