VGC Group are currently recruiting for an experienced CPCS Traffic Marshall to join a project based in OX18, Oxford.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hard-working Traffic Marshall looking for work, with consistent weekday hours and the potential for weekend work.

We are looking for someone who can start promptly, work well as part of a team, and support site operations to help keep the project running safely and efficiently.

Pay Rate: £17.25 per hour PAYE

As a CPCS Traffic Marshall on site, your responsibilities may include:

  • Managing and directing site traffic safely and efficiently
  • Coordinating vehicle movements to ensure the safety of workers and the public
  • Banking plant and vehicle movements on site
  • Maintaining clear communication with drivers and site personnel
  • Ensuring all traffic management procedures are followed
  • Monitoring site access and egress points
  • Supporting general site safety and adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Carrying out any other duties as required to support site operations

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid CPCS A73 Traffic Marshall ticket
  • Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshall on construction sites
  • A good work ethic and positive attitude
  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Good punctuality and reliability
