Location: Redcar (TS10 5QW)
Pay Rate: £17.35 / £26.02 / £34.70
Overtime rates after 39 hours and weekends

We are currently recruiting an experienced Dumper / Roller Driver to join our team on an active construction project in Redcar. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating plant safely and efficiently, while also supporting site operations to ensure work is completed to a high standard.

What We’re Looking For
Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper and Roller tickets
Valid CSCS Card (if required with NPORS)
Previous experience operating plant on construction or civils projects
Good understanding of site health & safety
Ability to work effectively within a site team
Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused attitude
Valid Right to Work in the UK
Key Duties
Operating Forward Tipping Dumper and Roller safely on site
Supporting groundworks and site teams with daily operations
Assisting with the movement of materials across site
Carrying out basic plant checks and maintenance
Following all site health & safety procedures
Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Supporting the smooth delivery of the project
