Finishing Foreman
Location – Plymouth, Devon
My client are currently looking for a finishing foreman who is solutions focused and who has experience of working on buildings projects specially industrial buildings
To apply for this role you must have prior experience working as a finishing foreman in a “live construction” environment. Those with experience on buildings and fixturers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day internal finishes on site.
- Help manage project in line with the agreed production targets
- Manage the work flow of sub-contractors ensuring they’re in line with the programme of works on site
- Agree sub-contractors long term and short term programme and monitor performance
The ideal candidate will have:
- Finishing Foreman experience of working on commercial and industrial buildings.
- Experience on build side
- Good knowledge of modern construction techniques with a strong attention to detail
- Managed finishes from conception to completion
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors to ensure the project is finished on time
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team work in a team
- CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
- SC cleared or held clearance previously (Highly desirable)
