Pay Rate: £21.86 per hour (PAYE)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Ganger to join our team on an AMP8 water infrastructure project in Rotherham (S61 2RH). This role involves supervising operatives and ensuring all works are delivered safely and to a high standard.
Position Available
Ganger – Water site experience preferred
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Ganger on civil/water projects
Good understanding of AMP frameworks and water infrastructure
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to coordinate a small team on daily tasks
Valid CSCS card (SSSTS advantageous)
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
Valid Right to Work in the UK
Duties Will Include
Supervising operatives on AMP8 water network works
Planning and allocating daily workloads
Ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times
Liaising with site management and reporting progress
Maintaining quality and productivity on site
