Role Overview
site leader typically managing multiple gangs or leading complex, high-risk works such as deep excavations, reinforced structures, live carriageway work, or confined space operations. While still “hands-on,” this role involves a high level of planning, coordination, and decision-making, acting as a bridge between the site manager/engineer and the wider workforce
Valid CSCS Gold (Or working towards)
Valid SSSTS / SMSTS
Valid Safety Critical Medical required (Can be done prior to start)
Previous experience working on large civils projects and on large scale construction projects with good understanding of health & safety practices. The ability to work independently and as part of a team and mist be reliable, hardworking, and proactive
Valid Right to Work in the UK – Essential
