VGC Group are looking for experienced Gateman / Traffic Marshall to start on a long term project in Cumbria.

Role: Gateman / Traffic Marshall

Location:Cumbria

Qualifications: CPCS A73 Plant & Vehicle Marshall

Your role as a Traffic Marshall will be based in Cumbria:

  • Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Direct and control the movement of vehicles entering and exiting the site.
  • Ensure that vehicles and pedestrians follow site safety rules and regulations.
  • Use appropriate signage, barriers, and other tools to manage traffic flow safely.
  • Provide instructions and guidance to ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians.
  • Act as a point of contact for any traffic-related queries or concerns.
  • Report any incidents, near-misses, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
