Qualifications: CSCS Gold, SSSTS

General Foremen / Supervisor
Your role as a general foreman/supervisor will be based in London and will consist of:
– Lead and supervise a team of construction workers.
– Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.
– Ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality.
– Inspect completed work to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
– Address any issues or deficiencies promptly to maintain quality.
– Monitor the progress of work and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
– Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols.
– Perform risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate hazards.
– Maintain accurate records of work activities, progress, and any incidents.
– Complete and submit necessary reports and documentation as required.
– Ensure that all workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
– Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
– Report any incidents, near-misses, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
