Pay Rate: £17.35 per hour (PAYE)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative (MSO) to join our team on an active construction project in Penrith (CA11 0DN). The successful candidate will support a wide range of site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Position Available

MSO – Multi-Skilled Operative – CSCS card required

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid CSCS card

  • Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Operative on civils or construction projects

  • Ability to undertake a variety of site duties (general labouring, basic tooling, assisting trades, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of site safety and compliance

  • Ability to work effectively within a team

  • Reliable, proactive, and safety-driven attitude

  • Valid Right to Work in the UK

Key Duties

  • Supporting daily construction activities across the site

  • Assisting trades and specialist teams where required

  • Performing general labouring tasks safely and efficiently

  • Maintaining work areas and ensuring site cleanliness

  • Following all site safety procedures and reporting hazards

  • Completing tasks to support smooth project delivery
