On behalf of my client, I am recruiting for an Industrial Painters To carry out the preparation and coating of steel structures, pipework, concrete floors & walls and a variety of other industrial environments at Sizewell B.
Your job role will consist of, but not be limited to:
- Working closely with other painters and supervisors.
- Working with hand tools and powered mechanical tools e.g needle guns, bristle blasters, sanders etc.
- Develop effective working relationships with appropriate parties.
- Read and understand processes and safety procedures.
- Manage time effectively to ensure tasks are handled accurately and in time therefore ensuring we deliver a high standard of work to the business and client.
Candidate Specification:
- ICATS basic or equivalent qualification (Essential)
- PASMA/IPAF qualified (Essential)
- Industrial painting experience (Essential)
- NACE coating inspection qualification (Preferred)
- IRATA Roped Access (Preferred)
- IPAF 3A&3B (Preferred)
