Project Manager/ Construction Manager
Location: London
We are looking for a Project Manager with rail experience within ideally stations, LU and TFL projects
- Relevant technical competence
- Experience in construction management, processes and techniques
- Leadership experience working with a geographically diverse team
- Knowledge of safety and compliance management processes
- Detailed knowledge of relevant standards and procedures
- 10 years’ experience of operational railway environment
- Knowledge of other functional subject areas
- Local Accident & Incident Investigation
- Good interpersonal, influencing, communication and organisation skills
- Knowledge and experience of working on stations, LU and TFL projects
- Experience of working on civils projects
- Experience of working on M&E projects within rail will be desirable
