Receptionist/Administrator
Location: East London
Duration: 6 months rolling contract
We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator, ideally with rail/construction experience within. They must come from a rail background and have previous experience working for a Tier 1 or a subcontractor.
Duties:
- Adding sales orders and purchase orders to SAP
- Chasing suppliers to pull parts in
- Scheduling workloads
- Data admin
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Confirming purchase orders
What we would like from you:
- Previous experience as an administrator or receptionist
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- The ability to work with figures and maintain accurate records
- Available to start ASAP
