Location: A57 Highways Project, SK14 6NG
Pay Rate: £28.03 Per Hour + Holiday Pay (PAYE)
Start Date: ASAP
Role Overview
– Responsible for managing multiple foremen, enforcing standards, and supporting delivery of the wider programme
– Responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, leading multiple trade teams, and ensuring that construction activities are completed safely, on time, and to specification
– Act as a key liaison between site management and the workforce, often taking responsibility for resource allocation, progress monitoring, safety compliance, and subcontractor coordination
Requirements
CSCS Gold Supervisors Card
SMSTS / SSSTS
Previous experience as a Senior Foreman is required
Experience working on highways projects (preferred)
Good understanding of health & safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, hardworking, and proactive
Valid Right to Work in the UK
