Location: Redcar
Pay Rate:
- £20.11 per hour for first 39 hours
- £30.16 after 39 hours
Travel time will be paid plus paid Holidays

Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Shuttering Joiners to join a major long-term project. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with a reputable contractor, contributing to a skilled and high-performing site team.
Key Duties
Build and dismantle formwork for concrete structures
Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification
Support day-to-day site operations and problem solving
Communicate effectively with site teams and management
Maintain high standards of quality and productivity
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in shuttering or formwork
Ability to read drawings and work to specification
Reliable, proactive, and ready to start immediately
Strong team player with good communication skills
Essential Qualifications
CSCS card
Proof of right to work in the UK
