Site Agent
My client is a Tier 1 contractor based in Warwick, who is currently looking Site Agents. This is a great opportunity to work on a projects over the UK.
Must be happy traveling to multiple locations.
As a Site Agent you will be the senior site representative. You will be responsible for ensuring processes and procedures are followed, which will involve producing site records, issuing site permits. With the Project Manager you report to, you will be responsible for the planning, and delivery of site works, ensuring environmental, quality, and safety standards are met. You will achieve this through managing our existing and experienced supply chain and direct delivery resource.
Role will include but is not limited to:
- Managing multiple clients
- Traveling to multiple sites
- Being main / only contact onsite for Kier
- Managing subcontractor workforce
- Maintaining clear safety record
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on heavy civil based projects
- Black or gold CSCS
- SMSTS
- First aid
- Temporary works coordinator / supervisor
- NEC4 experience
