Qualifications: Prior experience managing a section of a major project or acting as sub agent, CSCS card, and SSSTS.

Role Overview:
As a site agent, you will be responsible for managing, supervising and mentoring the project team, whilst setting a high personal standard of health, safety and environmental matters.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold an exemplary level of health, safety and environmental standards
- Supervise, mentor and manage the project team as needed
- Adopt and maintain a professional attitude with clients and stakeholders to encourage repeat business
- Ensure site-based appointments are made with suitably trained and experienced staff
- Maintain communication between on- and off-site management
- Take a personal intertest in developing staff to their next level
Who we are looking for
- SSSTS
- CSCS – Academically or Professionally Qualified Person/Supervisory/Manager
- Prior experience in managing a section of a major project, or acting as a sub agent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
