Site Manager
Location – East Sussex
Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the effective management and supervision of the project, direct reports, sub contractors on site. This role will include but is not limited to the following:
- Adequate, competent supervision of the project
- Control of specific designated sites
- Management and supervision of programme
- Adherence to Quality Control
- Management of Staff performance and Appraisal
- Support and monitor HSE implementation
- Cost control – monitoring and reporting
- Target date and achievements met as agreed
- Contract planning
- Responsible for fit out on auxiliary buildings
- Effective management and development of all direct report employees aligned with organisational strategy
Skills & Experience
Successful candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience of management and delivery sub station projects
- Civils experience
- Experience of working on insulation and drainage projects
- People management experience
- CSCS card
- SMSTS certificate
