General Foreman / Site Supervisor (Ideally also a COSS)

I am currently recruiting for a General Foreman / Site Supervisor (Ideally also a COSS) to work on a major rail project based in the North London area. The ideal candidate must have experience within the lifts & bridge structures.
GENERAL FOREMAN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise works and control of a team comprising Gangers and direct labour force
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client specifications and requirements are met
- Reviewing progress and liaising with commercial team
- Liaising with the client, other construction professionals
- Coordinating and supervising construction workers
- Selecting tools and materials
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Ordering Plant and Materials
- Collation of documents and As Built Records
- Record Keeping and report writing
- Client liaison and coordination/interface
FOREMAN REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience working as General Foreman / Site Supervisor (Ideally also a COSS)
- Previous experience lifts & bridge structures
- Hold SMSTS/SSSTS
- First Aid at Work, Fire Marshall, CSCS or equivalent
- Experience working within the civils sector – involving earthworks, deep drainage and reinforced concrete construction
- Previously worked with Tier 1 contractors
- Have full right to work in the UK
