NOW HIRING: Dumper/Roller Operator – Construction Site

Location: Penrith, CA11 0DN
Pay Rate: £17.35 per hour (PAYE)
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting an experienced Dumper/Roller Operator to join our team on an active construction project in Penrith (CA11 0DN). The successful candidate will operate plant machinery safely and efficiently while supporting general site operations.

Position Available

Dumper/Roller Operator – Valid CPCS/NPORS card required

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper/Roller qualification

  • Proven experience operating plant on civils/construction sites

  • Strong awareness of safety procedures and site regulations

  • Ability to work as part of a busy site team

  • Reliable, professional, and safety-driven work ethic

  • Valid Right to Work in the UK

Key Duties

  • Operating dumper and roller machinery safely and competently

  • Supporting earthworks and groundworks teams

  • Maintaining equipment and conducting basic safety checks

  • Following all site safety protocols and instructions

  • Assisting with general site duties when required

  • Reporting any issues or hazards to site management
