NOW HIRING: Slinger/Signaller – Construction Site

Location: Penrith, CA11 0DN
Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour (PAYE)
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting an experienced Slinger/Signaller to join our team on an active construction project in Penrith (CA11 0DN). The successful candidate will be responsible for safely directing lifting operations, supporting crane movements, and ensuring all activities are carried out in line with site safety regulations.

Position Available

Slinger/Signaller – Valid CPCS/NPORS card required

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS Slinger/Signaller qualification

  • Proven experience on civils or construction projects

  • Strong understanding of lifting operations and safety protocols

  • Ability to communicate clearly with lifting teams and crane operators

  • Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude

  • Excellent awareness of site procedures and compliance

  • Valid Right to Work in the UK

Key Duties

  • Directing crane and lifting operations safely and accurately

  • Coordinating with lifting teams, crane operators, and site management

  • Ensuring safe attachment and detachment of loads

  • Maintaining compliance with all site safety procedures

  • Reporting any issues or incidents promptly

  • Supporting daily site operations as required
