Sub Agent
Location: Swindon/Bristol
Experience Required
- Experience in construction management, processes and techniques
- Leadership experience working with a geographically diverse team
- Knowledge of safety and compliance management processes
- Detailed knowledge of relevant standards and procedures
- 5 years’ experience of operational railway environment
- Knowledge of other functional subject areas
- Local Accident & Incident Investigation
- Good interpersonal, influencing, communication and organisation skills
- Experience of working on civils projects
- Experience of managing paperwork, H&S programmes
To be successful in this position the Sub Agent must have the following:
- A BSc, MSc, or BEng level qualification in a Civil Engineering aligned subject
- Civil Engineering experience
- Preferably worked in the rail sector
- PTS preferable but not essential
- Previous site experience in delivering projects to programme
