Supervisor
Location: South Shields
Pay Rate: £30.00 per hour CIS
Start Date: 14/09/2026
We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join an energy project based in South Shields, overseeing works associated with concrete trough installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and installation works
- Oversee concrete trough installation and associated works
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards
- Read and follow RAMS, permits and site procedures
- Conduct and contribute to daily briefings and toolbox talks
- Monitor quality, progress and productivity on site
- Ensure all health & safety requirements are followed
- Liaise with the Site Manager, project team and other contractors
- Identify and resolve any issues that may affect progress
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Gold Card
- In date SSSTS
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test
