Topographical Engineering Surveyor

Location: Leeds, Manchester & Yorkshire
Salary: £45,000–£70,000 DOE + Company Vehicle + Fuel Allowance + Door-to-Door Pay

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Topographical Engineering Surveyor to join a growing infrastructure business working on a diverse range of engineering and civil projects across the North of England.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering accurate topographical and engineering surveys across a variety of infrastructure, construction and civil engineering projects. Working with the latest surveying technology, you will collect, process and deliver high-quality survey data to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out topographical, engineering and measured surveys.

  • Operate surveying equipment including GPS/GNSS, Total Stations and 3D laser scanners.

  • Process and manage survey data using industry-standard software.

  • Produce accurate drawings, models and survey reports.

  • Ensure all work is completed to client specifications and quality standards.

  • Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.

  • Liaise professionally with clients, contractors and project teams.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Topographical or Engineering Surveyor.

  • Proficient in the use of GPS/GNSS, Total Stations and surveying equipment.

  • Experience processing survey data using software such as AutoCAD, N4CE, LSS or similar.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate results.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Full UK driving licence.
