Traffic Marshall

Location: Bishop Auckland, DL14
 Pay Rate: £16.12 per hour (PAYE)
 Start Date: 17th August 2026

We’re looking for an experienced Traffic Marshall to join our team on a sewage treatment works based in Bishop Auckland (DL14)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control the movement of vehicles entering and exiting the site.
  • Ensure that vehicles and pedestrians follow site safety rules and regulations.
  • Use appropriate signage, barriers, and other tools to manage traffic flow safely.
  • Communicate clearly with drivers, site personnel, and pedestrians using hand signals, radios, or other communication devices.
  • Provide instructions and guidance to ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians.

Requirements

  • Valid CPCS Card – A73 Plant and Vehicle Marshall  
  • Proof of Right to Work in the UK
  • Willingness to complete a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test
