Job: Plant & Vehicle Marshall  – Wareham

Job Type: Full time, Contract
Hours: Mon – Fri 10 hours per day
RATE: £15.00 to £17.00 per hour PAYE Direct + 28 days HOLIDAY PAY per year (Accrual Method)
TRAINING: Additional Qualifications could be provided or obtained where required
START DATE: 26th January 2026
DURATION: 2 MONTHS+

We are looking for a Traffic/Plant Marshall in Wareham, Dorset to work for a well-established Civil Engineering Contractor.
This is great opportunity to join large, busy, long-term project where you will be able to bed in and progress whilst developing new skills within the construction industry.

To be successful for this Marshall job you must have:
– CSCS Card
– Traffic Management ticket (Non CPCS/NPORS) = £15.00 PAYE
– CPCS or NPORS Plant & Vehicle Marshall = £17.00 PAYE
– Relevant Experience
– Safety Critical Medical Can be Provided by VGC if required
