The Construction News awards have shortlisted the VGC Group for ‘Employer of the Year ‘. VGC is one of only eight companies to be shortlisted in this category, which recognises companies which can prove their excellence as an employer.
The shortlisted companies provided evidence of corporate social responsibility, particularly involving the workforce, as well as their support for diversity, both of which are strengths of the VGC Group.
The next stage of the judging process will be a presentation on 27 April; the final winners will be announced on 30 June.

The Employer of the Year award will turn the spotlight on diversity and corporate social responsibility, as companies rise to the challenge of tackling skills shortages and community engagement.”
