VGC Group has acquired We Are Footprint, a build and construction recruitment business based in Manchester. The acquisition strengthens VGC’s presence in the commercial construction sector in the UK.
The move brings new sector expertise and an established client base into VGC Group, supporting its strategic growth and diversification.
We Are Footprint recruits for the build and construction sector, with strong client relationships across the UK. Part of the business operates as a social enterprise, helping people access employment through social value initiatives and pre-employment programmes.
The two businesses already share the same client network, making it a natural starting point for closer collaboration and for offering those clients a wider range of recruitment services.
