Peter Ball, Legal, Compliance and Governance Director
Peter, having over 20 years of legal, recruitment and compliance experience, takes up the post of Legal, Compliance, and Governance Director. With it he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from holding both senior and C level positions in the recruitment, telecommunications and construction sectors. Peter also sits on the Supply Chain Sustainability School FIR Steering Board and will continue to significantly strengthen VGC’s compliance and governance framework mitigating risk for our organisation and clients.
Steve Kenny, Operations and Delivery Director
Steve Kenny has been promoted to Operations and Delivery Director. With over 28 years recruitment experience Steve will continue to leverage his knowledge, experience, and understanding of the industry to oversee our recruitment and delivery teams nationwide. His expertise will be pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring a seamless service delivery for existing and new VGC clients.
