VGC Group has been recognised by the Fairness, Inclusion and Respect (FIR) Programme with the FIR App Engagement Partner of the Year Award 2026, celebrating the company’s contribution to the development of the FIR App and its commitment to promoting its use across the site-based workforce.
The award was presented at the FIR Programme’s Inspiring Change Conference, which brings together organisations from across the construction and infrastructure industry to share good practice and drive positive change.
The FIR App gives workers easy access to practical guidance, support and resources that help create more inclusive, respectful and supportive workplaces. By championing its use across projects, VGC has helped encourage greater engagement with the app while supporting conversations around fairness, inclusion and respect on site.
The award recognises VGC’s ongoing commitment to creating positive working environments where everyone feels valued, supported and able to contribute.
