By leveraging Power BI analytics, targeted training, and behavioural safety campaigns, VGC addressed a critical issue—operatives continuing work despite changing conditions.

Strengthening engagement through proactive briefings and leadership site visits, safety observations more than doubled, and mental health support expanded. This integrated approach not only enhanced safety culture but also set new industry benchmarks. Our commitment to continuous improvement ensures a safer, more inclusive workplace while influencing the best practices across the supply chain.
