Listening to employee feedback is an important part of how VGC continues to improve the experience of working across the business.
Following the 2025 employee opinion survey, colleagues shared what they value most about working at VGC and highlighted where they believed improvements could be made. Since then, teams across the business have been working to turn that feedback into action.
Ahead of the launch of this year’s survey, VGC is sharing some of the changes made in response.
Office-based employees

One of the strongest results showed that 95% of office-based employees agree that people of all cultures and backgrounds are respected at VGC, while 91% said they are aware of the mental health support available through the business. Manager feedback also improved year-on-year, with 81% agreeing they receive regular, helpful feedback, up from 76% in 2024.
