We’re proud to announce that VGC Group has been shortlisted in four categories at the REC Awards 2026, one of the recruitment industry’s most respected awards programmes.
The categories are:
- Business Leader of the Year (turnover over £10m) – Ciara Pryce
- Recruitment Team of the Year
- Community Impact of the Year
- Diversity Initiative of the Year
Together, the four nominations recognise the people behind VGC. They celebrate strong leadership, collaborative teams and the work being done to create opportunities both within the business and across the communities we serve.
The REC Awards recognise organisations and individuals raising standards across the UK’s recruitment industry. Being shortlisted by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation is an achievement we’re proud to share with our clients, candidates and colleagues.
