VGC Group CEO Ciara Pryce has joined the Board of the Supply Chain Sustainability School, reinforcing VGC’s commitment to practical progress across the construction and infrastructure sector.
The appointment marks both Ciara’s progression within VGC and the company’s growing role in workforce delivery and social value across major UK infrastructure projects.

Ciara Pryce, CEO of VGC Group, has joined the Supply Chain Sustainability School Board
VGC supports the construction and infrastructure sector through blue- and white-collar recruitment and workforce provision across some of the UK’s largest projects, including HS2 and Hinkley Point C.
More recently, VGC expanded its work in this area through the acquisition of CareerForces, a specialist recruitment agency supporting ex-veterans and blue light workers into civilian careers within the sector.
Having progressed through several leadership roles before becoming CEO, Ciara brings a people-focused perspective shaped by the realities of workforce delivery and project environments.
As a Tier 2 organisation operating between clients, contractors and the workforce, VGC has a clear line of sight on how industry strategy translates on site. That direct visibility of operational pressures, from skills shortages and workforce wellbeing to compliance and delivery expectations, shapes the perspective Ciara brings to her role on the Board.
The Supply Chain Sustainability School helps the industry turn long-term commitments into real action. Through her role on the Board, Ciara is committed to making sure the School’s work stays practical and accessible, including for organisations below Tier 1, where scale and resource are often more limited.
“What I bring is a strong focus on people, a practical lens on delivery, and a passion for ensuring all levels of the supply chain are represented.”
The team at VGC congratulates Ciara on the appointment and looks forward to seeing the work the Board takes on.
