Staying safe and well
Safety is a top priority for us at VGC.
We want everyone to go home safely at the end of every work shift. That’s why we have our four Be safe rules, to cut the risk of accidents:

Be fit for work

Get a brief before you start work

Report anything unsafe

Stop work if anything changes
Also, please always treat your colleagues and members of the public with respect.

Our HSQE induction booklet (1.2MB pdf) explains what we expect of all VGC Group employees and contractors. It is up to all of us to keep ourselves and our colleagues safe, and make sure everyone goes home safely at the end of each shift.
If you are ever asked to do anything you consider unsafe, please stop and report it to your manager. If you feel uncomfortable, use the whistleblowing form on our website.
